i own a HP Pavilion dv6114tx notebook pc, and i am planning my career on Linux embedded systems, and for that i want to install any flavor of Linux on my machine, i need the guidance and procedure to do it,
which flavor will it support, and what about my other hardware,

configuration of my machine:
1.6 ghz duo core centrino,
512 ddr ram,
512 nvidia gforce 7400 gpu,
533 fsb,
altec lancing speakers,
cd/dvd burner + light scribe technology,
mmc, pro sd, rs-mmc card reader,
1.3 mp web cam,
1 ieee, 3 usb port,

i need to know which would be best Linux for my machine, rest of stuffs will
be done by me.
