My beautiful... *sarcasam*... sony vaio here is having issues entereing a higher resolution.

Debian starts fine in 800x600 but it won't climb any higher. It takes my command, loads the res up, but i have a 1024x768 screen with only 800x600 actually workable. The rest is just like... mirror images of parts of the smaller screen. It's like... void space with the other thing as filler. The res is there. Just... wierd...

Any help? I thought it might be the driver but I'm not sure.
