hey i finally found a distro witch fit's my needs but i got this "tiny" problem

i can't use 1024x768 Res(or i can but the screen gets wierd (screenie: http://home.no/filesrv/upload/screen.png))
it's a ATI Radeon 9800 i think (dnt remember)
any way i can make the resolution to 1024x768 without getting that wierd screen?

well i found out that it's a
ATI Radeon Mobility 9600 M10

I have a HP Pavillion ZV6000 it has a ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M, i tried FC4 but changed because wi-fi didnt work but to get Screen working i just downloaded the latest drivers from ati website Make sure you choose to download from the "notebooks with ati graphics" category i saved them in a folder called downloads in my home directory and did the following:

su root
cd /home/john/downloads/
./ati-driver-installer-8.23.7-x86_64.run
After the install i rebooted the computer and the X Window System ran.
