Do someone know how to install Debian Sarge on an Acer Aspire 3023WLMI laptop? I need a guide! Tnx ;)

Hi i am working at getting debian on my 3023 too, I do a net install and it works fine you
need to do linux26 to get network card to work but so far i can only get x running if i install
the 2.6.12 kernel.

so if you install sarge with linux26 then when its installed add deb ftp://ftpuk.debian.org/debian/ unstable main to etc/apt/sources.list
do apt-get update
then apt-get install linux-image-2.6.12-1-686
reboot and run on 2.6.12 and u should get x running

i am working on getting x running with 2.6.8 somthing to do with ati x700 not being supported
